6. THE SEA OF TRANQUILLITY POINT
Location. The Sea of Tranquillity Point can be easily found in the center of the chest.
Use. It helps an individual to calm down and get relief from anxiety, depression, hysteria, and other emotional issues.
Gently press and hold for one minute.
7. THE JOINING THE VALLEY POINT
Location. The Joining the Valley Point is situated between the thumb and index finger.
Use. This point is very useful for getting relief from a toothache, neck and shoulder pain, and headaches.

8. THE YONGQUAN POINT

11. THE SEA OF VITALITY POINT
Location. The Sea of Vitality Point is located on the waistline, about 2-4 fingers on each side away from the spine.
Use. It helps to get relief from stomach pain, abdominal pain, and indigestion.
Apply pressure on each point for one minute.
12. THE TRIPLE HEATER 6 POINT
Location. The Triple Heater 6 Point is located about 3 inches up from the wrist.

Apply pressure for one minute, first on one arm, then on the other, until you feel relief.
13. THE KUNLUN MOUNTAINS POINT
Location. The Kunlun Mountains Point is between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon.

Apply firm pressure for one minute.
14. THE CROOKED POND POINT
Location. The Crooked Pond Point can be found on the crease of the bent elbow, closer to the elbow.

Bend the elbow, apply pressure with your thumb and massage or hold for one minute. Change arm and repeat.
